Our Commitment

FanHentai is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. We take all removal requests seriously and act promptly on valid reports. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, content involving minors, and non-consensual content.

Grounds for Removal

Content will be removed upon a valid request for any of the following reasons:

Content depicting or suggesting minors in any sexual or suggestive situation
Content depicting identifiable real persons without their consent
Harassment, defamation, or targeted abuse of a real individual
Content illegal under French law or the requesting party's jurisdiction
Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to contact@fanhentai.com with the subject "Content Removal Request" including:

Your full name and contact details

The direct URL(s) of the content to be removed

The reason for removal (see grounds above)

For identity-related claims: a statement confirming you are the person depicted or their authorised representative

For IP claims: details of the original work and your ownership rights

Processing Time

We acknowledge all requests within 24 hours and act within 72 hours of receiving a valid and complete request.

Urgent cases (minors, non-consensual imagery) are processed within 24 hours. Content that clearly violates our policies is removed immediately upon discovery, with or without a formal request.
